Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 22, 2026 · v2026-05-22
This policy complements the Master SaaS Services Agreement (clauses 3.3 and 8). Users agree to avoid the prohibited activities listed below; violations may trigger immediate service suspension per clause 4.3 of the Master Agreement.
1.Conversations and recordings without consent
1.1 You may not upload or process recordings, transcripts, or interactions for which appropriate consent has not been obtained from the participants. You are responsible for compliance with applicable call-recording laws (one-party / two-party consent), telemarketing rules, electronic-communication regulations, and consumer-protection law in every jurisdiction where you operate.
2.Restricted data
Do not upload to the Platform:
2.1 Minors' personal information without verified parental authorization.
2.2 Sensitive data categories (health records, genetic data, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation) without a clear legal basis.
2.3 Government secrets, export-controlled materials (ITAR/EAR technical data), or classified information.
2.4 Production credentials when test or anonymized alternatives are available.
3.Biometric verification (when subscribed)
3.1 Do not initiate biometric verification flows without express, informed consent from the end user, captured and recorded in a way that satisfies applicable law.
3.2 Do not use the biometric module as the sole basis for legally consequential decisions without additional human review and a documented internal risk policy.
4.Security and technical misuse
Prohibited:
4.1 Penetration testing, mass fuzzing, or stress testing the Platform without prior written authorization.
4.2 Circumventing quotas, rate limits, or license controls.
4.3 Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling Platform components.
4.4 Uploading malware, exploits, or content designed to compromise the Platform or its sub-processors.
5.Resale and impersonation
5.1 Do not resell access to the Platform as your own service except under a duly signed reseller agreement with Pintor Project. Single accounts cannot serve as service providers to unrelated parties.
5.2 Do not misrepresent identity, organization affiliation, or authorization to act on behalf of a third party.
6.AI outputs
6.1 AI-generated audit scores, sentiment analysis, compliance indicators, and bot responses are statistical decision-support. They are not, on their own, sufficient bases for decisions with legal, financial, safety, or employment consequences.
6.2 Do not manipulate the Platform's AI features to generate content that violates Anthropic, Microsoft Azure, or other sub-processor terms.
7.Spam and unlawful content
7.1 The Platform cannot be used to send spam, conduct phishing, distribute unlawful content, or interact with end users in ways that violate sub-processor terms of service.
8.Reporting violations
8.1 Suspected acceptable-use violations: abuse@auralytik.com.
8.2 Security vulnerabilities: security@auralytik.com.
8.3 Legal questions: legal@auralytik.com.
9.Consequences
9.1 Consequences for violations include warnings, temporary suspension, termination without refund, and referral to authorities where required.
