Sub-processors

This page lists third-party processors that Pintor Project engages to deliver Auralytik. Each sub-processor operates under contractual obligations consistent with the Master SaaS Services Agreement and applicable data-protection law.
1.Microsoft Azure
1.1 Provider: Microsoft Corporation, United States.
1.2 Purpose: Auralytik Platform hosting, SQL databases, blob storage, authentication (Entra ID), Communication Services Email, Application Insights, Azure AI Speech (transcription and speech analytics), Azure AI Language (text analysis), Azure OpenAI Service (large-language-model reasoning), and Power BI (dashboards).
1.3 Data location: primary US data centers; Chilean and EU regions are used where customer location or contractual requirement applies.
2.Stripe (when self-serve billing applies)
2.1 Provider: Stripe, Inc., United States.
2.2 Purpose: Card payment processing, subscription management, invoicing, and self-service customer portal — used only on self-serve plans. Enterprise customers billed via Service Order are not processed through Stripe.
2.3 Data location: United States.
3.ElevenLabs (when voicebot or synthesized-voice features are active)
3.1 Provider: ElevenLabs Inc., United States.
3.2 Purpose: AI voice synthesis for voicebot agents and synthesized-voice responses, used only when those features are enabled for the Customer's account.
3.3 Data location: United States.
4.Twilio (when WhatsApp Business messaging is active)
4.1 Provider: Twilio Inc., United States.
4.2 Purpose: WhatsApp Business API messaging via Twilio's aggregator service, used when the Customer enables WhatsApp Business integration through Twilio.
4.3 Data location: United States.
5.Meta (when WhatsApp Business messaging is active)
5.1 Provider: Meta Platforms, Inc., United States.
5.2 Purpose: WhatsApp Business Platform messaging, used when the Customer enables WhatsApp Business integration directly through Meta's platform.
5.3 Data location: United States (with regional processing per WhatsApp Business Platform terms).
6.Future sub-processors
6.1 Pintor Project provides at least 30 days' advance notice for new sub-processors to customers with contractual notification requirements.
