4.1 Access to and use of the Auralytik platform itself is governed by the Master SaaS Services Agreement available at /eula, the Privacy Policy at /privacy, the Acceptable Use Policy at /aup, and the Sub-processor list at /subprocessors. These documents take precedence over these Terms of Use for any matters relating to use of the platform.

5.1 The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5.2 Pintor Project will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pintor Project shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site.

7.1 We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version takes effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

8.1 For customers contracting with Pintor Project SpA, these terms are governed by the laws of Chile. For customers contracting with Pintor Project Co., these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. In each case, conflict-of-laws provisions are excluded.
