Exporting Data

Export your evaluation data in various formats for further analysis, reporting, or compliance requirements.

Export Formats

AI Auditing supports multiple export formats to meet different use cases:

Excel (.xlsx)

Best for spreadsheet analysis in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Maintains formatting and supports multiple worksheets.

Most Common

CSV (.csv)

Universal format compatible with any data tool. Simple text format with comma-separated values.

Universal

JSON (.json)

Best for programmatic processing or API integration. Preserves data structure and relationships.

For Developers

Dashboard Exports

Each summary grid on the Dashboard tab has its own export button:

Exportable Grids:

  • Campaigns Summary: Campaign metrics and scores
  • Call Centers Summary: Call center performance data
  • Executives Ranking: Individual agent scores
  • Evaluation Patterns: Item-by-item scores

How to Export:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard tab
  2. Apply any desired filters (date range, campaigns, etc.)
  3. Locate the grid you want to export
  4. Click the Export to Excel button in the grid toolbar
  5. The file downloads automatically

Operations Exports

The Operations tab provides export options for detailed evaluation records:

Export Options:

Grid Export

Export the visible evaluation records to Excel. Includes all columns: status, date, time, score, duration, executive, campaign, etc.

Filtered Export

When filters are active, the export only includes records matching your current filter criteria.

Filter-Aware Exports

All exports respect your current filter selections, ensuring you get exactly the data you need.

Important: Apply all desired filters before clicking export. The exported file will only contain data matching your filter criteria.

Filter Types Respected:

  • Date Range: Only records within selected dates
  • Channel: Only records from selected channel
  • Call Centers: Only records from selected call centers
  • Campaigns: Only records from selected campaigns
  • Valid Only Toggle: Only valid calls if enabled
  • Grid Column Filters: Any column-specific filters applied

Export Workflow:

  1. Set your date range using the period filter
  2. Select specific campaigns or call centers if needed
  3. Apply any additional column filters in the grid
  4. Verify the filtered data looks correct
  5. Click Export to download the filtered dataset

Large Exports: For very large datasets, the export may take a moment to generate. A loading indicator will show while the file is being prepared.
