Power BI Analytics
Access advanced analytics and interactive dashboards through the embedded Power BI reports for deeper insights into your auditing data.
Accessing Power BI
The Power BI tab in AI Auditing provides embedded Power BI reports for advanced analytics. Access requires specific permissions.
Required Permission: Your user account must have "Power BI" module access enabled. Contact your administrator if you don't see the Power BI tab.
Steps to Access:
- Navigate to AI Auditing from the sidebar
- Click on the Power BI tab
- Wait for the embedded report to load
- The report will display with your organization's data

Available Reports
The embedded Power BI report includes multiple pages with different analytics views:
Executive Summary
High-level KPIs and trends across all campaigns, call centers, and executives. Includes score distributions and period-over-period comparisons.
Campaign Analysis
Detailed breakdown by campaign with evaluation item scores, trend lines, and comparative charts.
Call Center Performance
Performance comparison across call centers with rankings, volume metrics, and quality scores.
Executive Rankings
Individual agent performance with drill-down capabilities, score history, and improvement tracking.
Trend Analysis
Time-series views showing score trends, volume patterns, and seasonal variations in quality metrics.

Interacting with Reports
Power BI reports are fully interactive. You can filter, drill down, and explore the data in various ways.
Interaction Features:
- Slicers: Use date pickers and dropdown filters to narrow data
- Cross-filtering: Click on chart elements to filter other visuals
- Drill-down: Click hierarchy levels to see more detail
- Tooltips: Hover over data points for additional information
- Page Navigation: Use tabs or navigation buttons to switch report pages
Tip: Click on any bar, slice, or data point in a chart to cross-filter all other visuals on the page. Click again to clear the filter.
Common Actions:
Filter by Date
Use the date slicer to select specific date ranges for analysis.
Filter by Campaign
Select one or more campaigns from the dropdown to focus the analysis.
Export Data
Right-click on visuals to export underlying data (if enabled).
Reset Filters
Use the reset button to clear all filters and return to the default view.
Data Refresh
Power BI data is refreshed on a scheduled basis to ensure you have access to the latest evaluation results.
Refresh Schedule: Data is typically refreshed daily. The exact refresh time depends on your organization's configuration. Check the "Last Refreshed" timestamp in the report footer for the latest update time.
Important Notes:
- Recent evaluations may not appear until the next scheduled refresh
- For real-time data, use the main Dashboard tab instead
- Historical data and trends are more suitable for Power BI analysis
